SPECIAL MEETING/EXECUTIVE SESSION

CALL TO ORDER PUBLIC MEETING
Commission President Nancy Baker called a special meeting of the Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners to order at 8:03 a.m., Thursday, February 23, 2006, at the Port of Vancouver USA Administrative Office, 3103 Lower River Road, Vancouver, Washington 98660.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
The meeting was recessed into executive session at 8:03 a.m. for the purpose of discussing real property, contract negotiations and personnel issues. The executive session was closed at 9:43 a.m. by Commission President Baker with an announcement that no action was taken during the executive session.
