CALL TO ORDER PUBLIC MEETING

Deputy Executive Director, Todd Coleman called a special meeting of the Port of Vancouver to order and welcomed guests to the April 24, 2007, VIP (Vancouver International Port) Tour at 5:43 pm, at the Port of Vancouver USA Administrative Office, 3103 Lower River Road, Vancouver, Washington, 98660. He introduced two Port Commissioners in attendance, Commissioners Brian Wolfe and Nancy Baker.

Deputy Executive Director Mr. Coleman gave a presentation about the port’s current operations and future development plans, which concluded at 6:15 p.m. Guests boarded a bus for a tour of the Port’s waterfront terminals. Commissioners Wolfe and Baker did not participate in the tour. The tour bus returned guests to the Port’s Administrative Office Building at 7:15 p.m.
