Architectural, Engineering & Professional Services
The port maintains a consultant roster which is open throughout the year. The roster is used to notify consultants of solicitation opportunities for upcoming projects. To be included on the consultant roster please complete your registration on the port’s eBid website.
Larger architectural, engineering and professional service contracts (related to public works projects) are solicited through Request for Qualifications (RFQ) or Request for Proposals (RFP) as required by Chapter 39.80 RCW.

Personal Services
The port maintains a consultant roster which is open throughout the year. The roster is used to notify consultants of solicitation opportunities for upcoming projects. To be included on the consultant roster please complete your registration on the port’s eBid website. Larger personal services contracts (non-public work related) are solicited through the use of various competitive procurement methods and procedures as required by Chapter 53.19 RCW.  Some factors used in the selection process can include cost, skills required for the project and other critical factors.

Public Works and Small Works Construction
The Port of Vancouver maintains a Small Works Roster  for public works projects less than $300,000. Registered contractors will be notified of business opportunities in their area of expertise and will be able to download solicitation documents and plans when available. All projects exceeding $300,000 utilize the formal invitation for bid procedures which include advertisement in The Columbian and the Daily Journal of Commerce (DJC). Contractors registered on the Small Works Roster will also be notified of projects exceeding $300,000. Materials, Supplies, and Equipment
The port maintains a vendor list for material suppliers and equipment vendors as well as to register those firms or individuals that provide routine or purchased services to the port. To be included on this list please complete your registration on the port’s eBid website.
