Notice of Tariff Change 1/01/09

The following changes to Port of Vancouver (Port) Terminal Tariff No. 5 become effective January 1, 2009:

  • Dockage, equipment rental, wharfage and service & facilities (S&F) rates (except automobiles) will increase 4%. Overside S&F will become 50% of the applicable rate.
  • Small Lots Fee will increase to $111 per bill of lading below 20 metric tons.
  • Security Fee will increase to $325 per period per vessel.
  • The Man Hour rate table is reformatted and various rates have either increased or decreased to be consistent with supplied labor.
  • Water rates will increase consistent with the City of Vancouver charges, and the labor rates for water hookup and let go change consistent with the man hour rate table.
  • This tariff continues to clean up commodities and formats, and we will continue to do so in 2009.
