Terminal Tariff - July 3, 2011

The Port of Vancouver USA will publish a new tariff effective July 3, 2011. It will be posted to the Port’s website by June 9, 2011. 

The purpose of this memorandum is to outline tariff price increases in advance of the tariff posting to provide as much notice as possible to the community:

• Storage rates will not increase.
• Generally, the Port will increase prices by 3 percent.  This includes: 1) Wharfage,  2) Service and Facility (S&F), 3) Dockage (except grain dockage),  4) Equipment charges and 5) Man-hour rates.
• Posted truck loading rates are being revised to account for increases in labor and equipment.
• The vessel security fee will increase to $385 per dockage period.
