NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners will attend the Pacific Northwest Waterways Association (PNWA) Annual Convention beginning at 1:00 p.m., on Tuesday, October 1, 2024 at the Hilton Hotel, 301 West 6th St., Vancouver, Washington, 98660. The purpose of this event is to provide PNWA members an opportunity to hear from experts from the region’s working waterways, transportation corridors, economic development industries and regulatory community. The event also provides an opportunity for members to network during the convention and attend the General Membership meeting. The commission will not vote on any action items or sign any documents during the event.

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners will attend the Greater Vancouver Chamber Business & Leadership Awards beginning at 4:00 p.m., on Thursday, October 10, 2024 at the Heathman Lodge, 7801 NE Greenwood Dr., Vancouver, Washington, 98662. The purpose of this event is to shine a spotlight on outstanding businesses and individuals that have showcased excellence and commitment to the southwest Washington community. The event also provides an opportunity to foster connections, meet the finalists, hear stories, share insights, and celebrate their achievements. The commission will not vote on any action items or sign any documents during the event.

FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners will attend the Vancouver Lake Symposium beginning at 9:00 a.m., on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at the Water Resources Education Center, 4600 SE Columbia Way, Vancouver, Washington, 98661. This event is organized by the Clark County Clean Water Commission. The purpose of this event is for participants to attend presentations from multiple organizations working collaboratively to restore water quality and habitat in Vancouver Lake. The commission will not vote on any action items or sign any documents during the event.
