Re:          Tariff changes effective January 1, 2026

Port of Vancouver USA will make the following adjustment to Tariff No. 6 effective January 1, 2026:

1. The front page of the tariff will update the new tariff effective 01/01/2026.
2. Revised list of Board of Commissioner’s titles effective 01/13/2026 (pending Board ratification).
3. Section 342, Water: This tariff change will adjust the water rates to be consistent with the

City of Vancouver’s January 1, 2026 water rate increase from $2.80/CCF to $2.93/CCF.

A new tariff dated January 1, 2026, will be posted to the port’s website before December 31, 2025 located at: www.portvanusa.com (see Marine tab and scroll to Resources). Please ensure you are using the correct tariff on January 1, 2026.
