Re: Tariff changes effective July 1, 2026
Port of Vancouver USA will make the following adjustment to Tariff No. 6 effective July 1, 2026:
1. The front page of the tariff will update the new tariff effective 07/01/2026
2. The following charges will increase by 6.0%:
a. Dockage
b. Wharfage (excluding autos, which will increase with ILWU wage increase)
c. Service and Facilities (excluding autos, which will increase with ILWU wage increase)
d. Small lots fee
3. The following charges will increase by 2.9%:
a. Storage and Demurrage
b. Equipment Rentals
4. If a Tariff rate (other than storage) is listed in cents where the percentage adjustment does not cause a rate change, the rate will increase by $0.01.
5. Security Fee: Increase from $1,650 to $1,750 per 24-hour period.
6. Labor rates will increase in accordance with the ILWU per hour and man-hour assessment increases. This increase is based on rates provided by the Pacific Maritime Association, which is 4.3%. These changes will affect: Auto Wharfage, Auto Services and Facilities, Truck and Rail Loading/Unloading, Handling, Labor, Man-Hour Rates, and all labor related rates.
A new tariff dated July 1, 2026, will be posted to the port’s website before June 29, 2026 located at: www.portvanusa.com (see Marine tab under Business Opportunities, and scroll to the bottom for Marine Resources). Please ensure you are using the correct tariff on July 1, 2026.
