Event Date: February 10, 2026
Beginning February 10th, commission meetings will return to the Port of Vancouver USA Administrative Office.
Port commission meetings are open to the public. Meetings are held at 9:30 a.m. on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at the Port of Vancouver USA Administrative Office, 3103 NW Lower River Rd., Vancouver WA 98660. Meetings are broadcast live on CVTV cable channels 21 and 23/HD 323 and online at CVTV.org. Meeting agenda and documents can be found by following the link below.
The Port of Vancouver Board of Commissioners will be accepting public comment during its next regularly scheduled meeting. Public comments are welcome in person, virtual, or by providing written comments.
In person comments
Comments may be provided in person at the meeting. To register to provide comments during the Commission meeting, please sign up when you arrive at the meeting. Individuals will be called on in the order they sign up.
Virtual oral comments
Virtual oral comment is available with advance registration. To register to provide virtual oral comment, please email POVCommissioners@Portvanusa.com by noon on Monday, February 9, 2026. Virtual oral comment is available via the Zoom webinar platform.
Anyone who has registered to provide virtual oral comment must be available to connect or call in to the Commission meeting between 9:15 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. Detailed instructions will be emailed to participants after registration closes at noon on Monday, February 9, 2026, including the link and credentials for accessing the Zoom webinar.
Written Comments
Written comments are also accepted and should be emailed to POVCommissioners@Portvanusa.com. Written comments will not be read into the record by the port. Written comments not intended to be read by the community member during the meeting and received by 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, will become part of the official record and will be provided to the Commission.
