FTZ 296 covers all of Clark County including, Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, Ridgefield, La Center, Battle Ground and part of Woodland.

/ Security

  • The Port of Vancouver USA is committed to safe, secure facilities. Working with federal, state, and local agencies, we protect marine and industrial areas on both water and land.
  • Access to marine terminals is limited to the main gate at the 26th Avenue overpass. All visitors must have a valid TWIC or approved ID, a business purpose, and pass security screening.
  • Terminals are further secured with fencing, video monitoring, and 24/7 patrols. Several tenants, including United Grain Corporation, NuStar Energy, Andeavor and Subaru, also maintain their own security programs.
