Presenting Standard Tort Claims
As required by Chapter 4.96 RCW, the Port of Vancouver USA receives and processes citizen tort claims. The port evaluates each claim, compensating when liability is supported and denying when it is not, while ensuring timely and fair service.
How to File

Complete the Standard Tort Claim form.

Submit in person or by mail to:

The port will confirm receipt by letter. For questions, call 360-693-3611 (Mon–Fri, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., closed weekends and holidays).
