NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners will be attending a group photo session, beginning at 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 27, 2026 at the Marie Pham Photography Studio, 104 W 9th St. #202, Vancouver, Washington 98660. The purpose of this event is to update the Port of Vancouver’s Board of Commission group photo following the recent election of a new Commissioner. The commission will not vote on any action items or sign any documents during this event
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners will be in attendance at the Columbian 2026 Economic Forecast, beginning at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, March 5, 2026 at the Hilton Vancouver, 301 W 6th St., Vancouver, Washington 98660. The purpose of this event is to gain powerful insights from three regional economists who will share how we navigate a “K-Shapedˮ economy with two distinct economic paths for SW Washington and how we can prepare for the future and thrive today. The commission will not vote on any action items or sign any documents during this event.

Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver, Washington 98660. The purpose of this event is to listen to City of Vancouver Mayor Anne McEnerny-Ogle deliver her annual State of the City address, focusing on the vital role the arts, culture, and heritage play in shaping a vibrant and resilient community. FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners will be in attendance at the Greater Vancouver Chamber 2026 Legislative Review, beginning at 8:15 a.m., Thursday, March 26, 2026, at the Hilton Vancouver, 301 W 6th St., Vancouver, Washington 98660. The purpose of this event is to hear directly from state lawmakers representing the 17th, 18th, 20th, and 49th Districts as they break down key outcomes from the latest legislative session. The commission will not vote on any action items or sign any documents during this event.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners will attend the Port’s Lecture Series: “From Commodities to Community: How the Pacific Northwest Waterways Association Keeps Maritime Thriving” on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at Kiggins Theatre, 1011 Main Street, Vancouver, Washington 98660. Doors will open to the public at 5:30 p.m., and port commissioners will be available to chat with attendees before the programs begins at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of this event is to hear from Neil Maunu, Executive Director of the Pacific Northwest Waterways Association who will discuss the vital role the Pacific Northwest Waterways Association (PNWA) plays in keeping the Columbia River and our other waterways open, efficient and competitive. He will also dive into the successes and challenges of advocating for river maintenance, environmental stewardship, trade and more. The commission will not vote on any action items or sign any documents during the event.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners will attend the Port’s Lecture Series: “Reliability by River: Tidewater Barge Lines on the Columbia-Snake River System” on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at Kiggins Theatre, 1011 Main Street, Vancouver, Washington 98660. Doors will open to the public at 5:30 p.m., and port commissioners will be available to chat with attendees before the programs begins at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of this event is to hear from Jennifer Riddle, Corporate Communications & Marketing Manager, PIO from Tidewater who will detail the complex and integral work carried out by Tidewater’s tugs, barges, terminals and people. The commission will not vote on any action items or sign any documents during the event.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners will attend the Port’s Lecture Series: “Collaboration is Key: Why the Ports of Seattle and Tacoma formed The Northwest Seaport Alliance” on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at Kiggins Theatre, 1011 Main Street, Vancouver, Washington 98660. Doors will open to the public at 5:30 p.m., and port commissioners will be available to chat with attendees before the programs begins at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of this event is to hear from John Wolfe, CEO and Tong Zhu, Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer from The Northwest Seaport Alliance who will detail the decision to build this partnership between Washington’s two largest container ports and provide insight into how and why Washington excels at trade. The commission will not vote on any action items or sign any documents during the event.
