NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, November 25, 2025, Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners regular meeting will not be held.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, December 9, 2025, Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners regular meeting has been changed to 1:00 p.m, Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at the C-TRAN Administration Building, 10600 NE 51st Circle, Vancouver, Washington 98682.

PORT OF VANCOUVER USA NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners will attend the Port of Vancouver’s Tenant Holiday Event, beginning at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at the AC Marriott Hotel, Vancouver Waterfront, 333 W Columbia Way, Vancouver, WA 98660. The purpose of this event is to provide an opportunity for port affiliated businesses to meet with port staff and commissioners in celebration of the holiday season. The commission will not vote on any action items or sign any documents during the event.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners will attend the Seafarers Center Holiday Bag Stuffing at the Fort Vancouver Seafarers Center, 3405 NW Harborside Dr., Vancouver, WA 98660 beginning at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. The purpose of this event is for volunteers to assemble gift bags for seafarers visiting the port over the Christmas holiday. The commission will not vote on any action items or sign any documents during the event.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners will attend the joint meeting with the Ports of Camas-Washougal and Ridgefield Boards of Commissioners beginning at 11:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at the Port of Camas-Washougal, 24 S A Street, Washougal, Washington, 98671. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss matters of mutual interest including regional economic development, legislative agendas, freight mobility and similar matters. The board will also discuss regional transportation and will vote to approve the next 3-ports Regional Transportation Council commission representative. The commission will not sign any documents during the event.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners will attend the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce 2025 Legislative Outlook, beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at the Hilton Vancouver, 301 W. 6th Street, Vancouver, Washington, 98660. The purpose of the event is to meet with local legislators, learn about their priorities and provide an opportunity to ask questions about the challenges they will face in the upcoming legislative session. The commission will not vote on any action items or sign any documents during the event.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners will hold a joint meeting with the Ports of Camas-Washougal and Ridgefield Boards of Commissioners, beginning at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, December 11, 2025, at the Port of Camas-Washougal, 24 S A St, Washougal, WA 98671. A social and lunch will precede the joint meeting, beginning at 11:30 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss matters of mutual interest including, regional transportation and commission representation, legislative agendas, freight mobility, port updates and similar matters. The commission will vote on selection of the 3-ports Regional Transportation Council representative.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Port of Vancouver USA Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting/executive session to review the performance of a public employee, pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(g) from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday, December 15, 2025, at the Port of Vancouver USA Administrative Office, 3103 N.W. Lower River Road, Vancouver, Washington 98660.
The commission will not vote or sign any documents during the special meeting/executive session.
