/ Port of Vancouver USA ADA Transition Plan
April 22, 2026
The Port of Vancouver has prepared this Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan as required by the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) under Title II of the ADA and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. This plan identifies physical barriers to accessibility in Port-owned, publicly accessible facilities and establishes a strategy for removing those barriers over the next five years.
The port has published this draft plan for public review and comment. The draft will be available below and in printed format upon request. The port encourages input from people with disabilities and organizations representing them. The public comment period will be 45 days ending June 7, 2026, at 5:00pm. Comments may be submitted via email or postal mail to the plan coordinator. The final plan will be adopted by the port commission and implemented by port staff.
