HOLIDAY CLOSURE – CESAR CHAVEZ’S BIRTHDAY – March 31 – The Port of Vancouver USA will be closed for receipt and delivery of cargo on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 in observance of Cesar Chavez’s Birthday. This day is considered a longshore holiday in accordance with applicable ILWU/PMA labor agreements, and overtime rates will apply. Vessel activity will not be interrupted.
