HOLIDAY CLOSURE – CESAR CHAVEZ’S BIRTHDAY – March 31 – The Port of Vancouver USA will be closed for receipt and delivery of cargo on Friday, March 31, 2020 in observance of Cesar Chavez’s Birthday. Vessel activity will not be interrupted.
