VANCOUVER, Wash. – The Port of Vancouver USA is holding a public hearing on its 2019 budget during the regularly scheduled Nov. 27 Board of Commissioners meeting.

The meeting is open to the public. It begins at 9:30 a.m. in the port’s Commission Room at 3103 Northwest Lower River Road, Vancouver.
